Schaefer Ranchwear was established in 1982 known as “America’s Finest Ranchwear” where garments are assembled at a family owned factory. Due to being one of the last US designers and manufacturers of genuine ranchwear for everyone, it is a staple of farmers, ranchers and rodeo people alike. Every garment is authentic and crafted on the same machines that have been used for generations. Schaefer Ranchwear is looking for a Customer Care Representative that will help us grow and carry on the traditions developed over 30 year ago.



RESPONSIBILITIES:



As the Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for inbound customer service call and providing superior customer service in the processing of sales orders, exchanges and refunds. You will also be responsible for processing all orders placed on website during flexible hours to be established up front. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to complete the following but not limited to:



1. Provide timely and accurate information along with quality customer service through telephone communication to customers and clients.

2. Interpret and apply concepts based on company policies and procedures.

3. Analyze billing screens; Process orders and other correspondence.

4. Assist customers with securing correct order placements while following existing policies.

5. Document all conversations/transactions appropriately.

6. Resolve customer issues whenever possible without escalation.

6. Other duties, as assigned.



Job Requirements:



1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Minimum of 1 year customer service or call center experience.

3. Experience with customer service and data entry.

4. Strong verbal and written skills a must.

5. The ability to read and write fluently in English and Spanish is preferred.

6. Must be able to effectively and clearly present information and answer questions in a wide variety of situations.

7. Must be able to read and interpret written reports and various forms of written communication and respond in an appropriate manner.

8. Ability to communicate with people in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

9. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages and proportions.

10. Computer literacy.

11. Ability to work independently, think creatively and exercise strong, sound judgment.

12. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, clients, customers, and the general public.

13. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, flexible. Strong orientation to customer service.

14. Must be resourceful and have the ability to problem solve.

15. Ability to interpret, understands policies, and relates them to others.

16. Possess good organizational and time management skills.

17. Ability to process high volumes of work while meeting deadlines.

18. Ability to work flexible hours during peak business periods

19. Strong technical aptitude in regards to software applications such as the Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
