Description:
Position is best suited for a duo that will live full-time on the property on a single family home.

Must have handyman, household and equipment maintenance skills, and be able to lift misc. items weighing up to 75lbs. Performs all required ground keeping duties, Handles light maintenance and repair for all the facilities and preventive maintenance/minor repair work for all operating equipment.

Maintains fences and build new fences. This is a working cattle/horse ranch; care for livestock is a priority.



Keeps house and yard in clean and orderly condition. Keeps personal pets and other animals only as approved in advance on a case-by-case basis.

Communicates and cooperates with the ranch owners, guests, customers, outside agents and others in order to maintain a secure, courteous and professional environments.

Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Credit and background checks required.



This is a full-time salaried position complete with housing and utilities. The normal work week is 5 and one half days per week.
