Lead cowboy position

Duties: Help the cow-boss in day to day work of a 500,000 acre cow/calf operation. Will be expected to lead the crew of one to four cowboys when the cow-boss is absent. Moving allotments, re-riding, doctoring, monitoring water and grass, and LIGHT FENCING and IRRIGATING. Winter time duties will include feeding cows and bulls. Will need at least 5 head of personal horses, up to 7 head. Family friendly ranch where wife and kids can have a horse if capable of riding and the horse gets used. The family is more than welcome to help out if they want. Ranch will feed personal horses.

One beef is supplied per year. One week paid vacation per year. Sundays off. Great housing and facilities. Free internet and phone.
