Description:
Job Description: G3 is currently in need of a fulltime responsible handyman with experience with livestock, gardening, carpentry, painting, electrical and plumbing repairs. This position will perform all maintenance duties; ensuring all livestock are fed and cared for, building property is properly maintained; furniture moving, office repairs, placement of equipment, and carrying out all frequent on- site maintenance checks. Must be able to report or repair all faults using the correct procedure; ensuring safety, equipment and cleaning materials. G3 has on-site housing available to the qualified applicant if needed.

Primary Responsibilities: Basic livestock care (horse, cattle, dogs), Building interior/ exterior repairs as it pertains to assigned buildings. Install and repair; doors and thresholds, door frames, drywall, carpentry, wall covering, carpet repair, light electrical, ceiling tile, painting, horse stables, lawn & garden general concrete. Other assigned operational tasks as may be typically expected of the on-site Handyperson role.

Minimum Requirements: Handyperson must be fluent in reading/writing and speaking English/Spanish, possess and maintain a clean State Driver’s License in the State in which reside while employed as a on-site Handyperson.

Also, must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in all aspects of facility maintenance with strong background in aspects of livestock, carpentry and general building repair and maintenance.

Handyperson must be able to work and act independently and perform solid decisions in the field.

Must possess the knowledge of basic math and operation of hand tools required to perform assigned projects, be able to maintain company property in a clean and safe manner.

Handyperson will be professional, organized and with clean appearance.
