Seeking Qualified Hay Farm Employee

We are seeking a qualified and experienced employee for long term, full time, year round work at our central oregon farm. We are searching for an honest, reliable, motivated individual or family that takes pride in their work and the equipment they operate.



Duties include farming, mechanics, haying, pivot, wheeline, handline irrigation, welding, heavy equipment operation, building and construction, and general farm work. Qualified applicants will have a strong work ethic, be able to work alone or with others, and must enjoy the farming lifestyle. We stress team work and provide a safe and positive work environment. This job will require a considerable amount of tractor time for haying and farming duties. Willing to move wheel and hand lines expected.
