Description:
This is a used pair of handmade step in bell chaps with fringe made by Ross Bullinger. Ross owns Rafter R Custom Leather located in Quitaque, Texas. They are marked with his maker mark on the belt. The body of the chaps is brown chap leather rough side out and the trim is a red chap leather smooth side out. They have two inside pockets, two stainless conchos, a stainless tie ring, a stainless cart belt buckle. The upper thigh is reinforced around the edge with an additional piece of leather. There are some scuffs and stains from use but no holes or tears in the leather. These are a well-built pair of chaps and would make a great pair of using chaps.

Tie Ring Outside Diameter – 2 Ύ”

Conchos Diameter – 1 Ό”
