Small Northern California ranch is seeking PART TIME, long term caretaker, semi or retired couple preferred, to help with chores (yard and ranch maintenance), and keeping watch over property. No horses, quiet, controlled dog acceptable. No smokers. 3 bedroom/2 bath home, 2 car garage included as part of salary; additional small salary for agreed upon chores; outside job or income will be necessary to supplement. Home has swamp cooler, large wood stove, refrigerator. Must take pride in work and keeping things neat and tidy. Ranch is approx. 20 miles from town, so please consider fuel costs.
