Description:
Joe Heim Quarter Horses is currently accepting applications for Assistant Trainers who are willing to participate in a paid sponsorship program. Assistant Trainers will be "in training" and WILL NOT BE PAID a monthly monetary salary but will receive payment in the form of a sponsorship that can last up to 4 years. Candidates must be 18 years of age,have previous experience riding and handling horses, and must be professional in appearance and behavior at all times. Veterans, retired military, and anybody pursuing a dream of being a horse trainer are encouraged to apply.



Sponsorships include fully furnished housing with paid utilities, Satellite TV, a variety of horses to ride daily, and individual instruction 5 days per week with Joe Heim.



To participate in this program you must be able to provide your own meals, personal items, spending money, and transportation. Part-time, outside employment is allowed.



Candidates must exhibit obvious interest, determination, and commitment to learning and bettering themselves on a daily basis.



After 90 days of participation, an evaluation will be made and discussed privately. Those who qualify and want to continue will be awarded ongoing sponsorships along with any grants or other financial aid which may be available.



This is a unique, one-of-a-kind opportunity for anyone pursuing a career in the horse industry or establishing themselves as a trainer.



You are guaranteed to see an immediate improvement in your riding skills and you’ll advance your knowledge and ability to train horses daily.



This is NOT a grunt job in disguise or another "opportunity" to clean stalls and watch a World Champion ride and train while you stand by working your butt off. It’s generally 8-5, 6 days per week with Sundays and holidays off except daily feeding/chores.
