Experienced Ranch couple looking to be caretakers or managers and have the following credentials: Managed multiple 9,500+ acre Cattle/Recreational/Hunting Ranches.

Managed all Special Events and Lodging for Corporate Retreats, Strategic Planning Meetings, Charitable Events in 13000 sq. ft. Lodge. Experienced with high profile guests.

Management, Hiring and Training of all Ranch Staff including Ranch Hands and Lodging staff.

Management of all Accounting/Business needs.

Management of all Capital Expenditure(Cap Ex) projects including initial construction & remodeling.

Managed H2a Farm Workers/Ranch Hands.

Responsible for Range Management, Weed Spraying and Conservation Seeding.

Responsible for all Cow/Calf Operations and Equine Herd Health. Remodeling of Cabins on the property, Spring Development, and Landscaping of all Area’s.

Guided all Trail Rides/Hunting groups visiting the ranch.
