Description:
Seeking full time help with all areas of ranch maintence. Irrigation, road work, pen cleaning, feedtruck driving, water line and well checking, installation of water line and tanks, welding repairs. Limited building repair and construction, limited concrete work, and pasture renovation. Need following skills: operate backhoe, loader,& welder. Job is agriculture and has demanding hours. We average around 65 hours a week. Typically get a couple of slower days a week and day off every couple of weeks. Winter can usually take as much time off as you can afford. No guarantees. We offer health, vision, dental, half beef, 401k, and AD&D after 90 day probation period. One week paid vacation after one year, two weeks paid vacation after two years. Four paid holidays, and three paid sick days per year. Work truck for ranch use. Housing options include towns of Belfry, Bearcreek, Bridger, and Red Lodge MT. All have a K-12 school except for Bearcreek. Pay is by the hour and paychecks come every other Friday. We are all dedicated company people and we expect the same commitment of everyone we work with. Although there is always chance for advancment within the comapny all other positions here are filled with long term people. This is a large working cattle ranch, but this is not a riding job.
