Diversified dry land farm and a cow calf/yearling operation using intensive grazing management. No till cropping practices with many different crops grown. Looking for a self starter, someone with livestock and equipment knowledge. Welding, Fencing, and mechanical skills a plus. Seeking a long term employee with someone that is excited about agriculture. Long hours certain times of the year, two bosses to work for, decent pay, decent benefits, with possibility to profit share for the right person. Health Insurance may be availabe after 6 months. Located in Eastern Montana, 70 miles from the nearest wal-mart and 25 miles to a grocery store, and 12 miles to the nearest post office.
