Description:
An Administrative Assistant is needed at Joe Heim Quarter Horses and Joe Heim Academy of Professional Western Horsemanship.



This fun, flexible,entry level position has numerous fringe benefits. The person who fills this unique position will act as a professional liasion and corporate representative and will assist in marketing, networking, and building/maintaining relationships in the horse industry.



If you’d like to attend horse shows, assist in video production, scheduling and promoting seminars,clinics,and other events and also be given the opportunity to ride and receive private instruction to advance your skills and increase your knowledge of professional Western horsemanship, look no further!



Candidates must be willing and able to live and work on the ranch/training/breedng facility located on the "Performance Horse Corridor" at Exit 5, I-35, Thackerville, Oklahoma.



You must be professional in appearance and demeanor and need to have a combination of computer skills,knowledge and experience in general office tasks, a positive, flexible, "can do" attitude, a desire to learn, and a background and experience with performance horses,preferably in one of the Western disciplines. A marketing background and/or experience would also be helpful but is not mandatory.



Salary includes private, single person, fully furnished housing and paid utilities. Sorry-not enough living space for children, extended families, or canine companions but you can bring and board your horses.
