Description:
Needed a responsible quick learner that knows how to run a tractor, calve cows heifers, fencing, welding and willing to grab a shovel and do manual labor as needed. Applicant must have his own gear and be willing to work to succeed at this position. Position uses ATVs and limited horses and not a 9-5 position. Winter feeding and welding corrals and ranch maintenence in the winter Feb to late April calving 24-7 with limited time off during that period. After the cows are in the pasture haying June - September limited farming and CDL helpful or experience with a semitruck trailer to haul hay. Treating calves all thru the year.



Applicant must be able to take and follow intruction from young rancher and my wife without trouble. Applicant has the oppertunity to run his own cows and have own housing with a good school in the area. Town is 40 miles from a big city and has services in the small town close to us. Applicant needs verifiable references to give upon request. Need not apply of you drink heavily or smoke. Perfect position for a couple that both want to work on a ranch. Although single ranch hands encouraged to apply. Good appropriate salary available upon a 2 month probationary period. Housing and beef provided.
