Description:
HP Livestock has an opening for an individual as a general ranch hand in the mountains outside of Cody Wyoming. The ranch, located in Sunlight Basin, one hour from the town of Cody. This individual will aid with general ranch chores, irrigation, fence maintenance, building new corral and general construction. There will be some cattle work, but this is not a riding job. Timeline for this position will be May-November.





We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, hardworking, safety oriented. Someone who can work with a team as well as self-motivated to work alone when needed.





Dogs are welcome as long as they are well mannered.





This position includes housing.





General construction skills are a plus.





Welding skills are a plus.





Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:





Irrigation- Hand line, Wheel line





Building and maintaining permanent and temporary fence.





Building and maintain water troughs





Cutting brush and timber for fence line construction
