Ranch Maintenance/Repair Man

Ogden Cattle Co. is hiring for a farm maintenance and repair man (all around handy-man).

Must be honest, reliable, self-starter, and non-smoking.

Skills needed: welding (ranch repairs), carpentry skills, basic electric, basic plumbing, managing overall ranch appearance, etc.

If you are a motivated self-starter with good leadership skills this can be a managerial position.

We are a large ranch in need of someone who can ‘do it themselves’ but also manage others at the same time. Week to week this position will look different so we need someone with a wide range of skill sets and flexibility. Equipment on our ranch: John Deere tractors and haying equipment, JCB Loader, Kubota Skid Steers, Ford feed trucks, Honda 4-Wheelers, and Kawasaki side-by-sides. Our mixer truck is an International truck with a Meyer vertical mixer, we also have a Supreme Mixer wagon.

The more of this equipment you can operate/service/repair, the better.

Wages are based on experience and performance. References are required and will be contacted; no family references unless you’ve actually worked for them. Minimum 3 references required.

-We will ONLY be hiring qualified people and are NOT hiring to train for this position.
