WANTED: Long-Term Ranch/Farm Position with Housing – Family Man with Strong Work Ethic



My name is Zack Boyett. I’m a husband and father of three kids (ages 14, 7, and 2), actively looking for a long-term, on-site ranch or farm position that includes housing and offers a good place to raise a family. We are willing to relocate anywhere for the right opportunity.



After running my own successful diesel and automotive repair shop for the last 7 years, my family and I are looking for a new beginning—one that allows us to live by our values, work hard, and be part of something meaningful. We’re rooted in faith, and we put God first in all we do.



We live on family land that’s been in our family name since 1884. My goal is to keep that legacy alive while providing for my wife and kids.



EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

15+ years of hands-on experience with ranch work, heavy equipment, and diesel repair



Strong horse handling background and general livestock care



Experienced with raking hay, swathing, baling, and operating/maintaining farm equipment



Proficient in welding, fencing, pen building, barn construction, and general ranch maintenance



Fully equipped with my own toolbox, scan tool, and a wide range of professional tools



Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to work long, hard days—alone or with a team



10-year-old Blue Heeler working dog and a few well-broke horses that I’d bring with me or not.



I’m young enough to hustle sun-up to sun-down and mature enough to handle serious responsibilities. I’m looking for an honest job where I can contribute with integrity, be a reliable hand, and grow with the right operation.
