Description:
Raymond is a sound 5 year old stout, athletic, streak face gelding! Broke and used on the ranch for the last couple years doctoring wheat pasture yearlings in Seymour and on a cow calf operation in Henrietta! He has done it all from roping strays on the Brazos to catching cows on the Little Wichita river! Things he has done include: roping yearlings, dragging calves, pushing cows, working the gate (making sick pulls in the yard and stripping cows), riding fences, crossing creeks, jerking stock into the trailer, rodeoing, playdays and sortings (I won a buckle on him at a feedlot sorting series), sorting and weighing yearlings, roping bulls, gathering steers to ship under a helicopter, shipping, shot off of, and bull whipped on! He ropes, cuts, and gives it his all! He would make a great cutter, calf roper, team roper (especially on the heel side, because of his responsiveness and great stop), breakaway roper or continue to be a great ranch horse! He is very fast and catty with a screeching halt! Also has a huge heart with a great personality. He also would make a great horse for an experienced kid. My 13 year old little brother rode him for months and they got along great! I have lots of videos but could only upload 5 pictures so please don’t hesitate to call at (940)-447-4985.
