Description:
Padlock Ranch Company is looking for a full-time Farm Equipment Operator to join our team. This individual needs to have the following:



A solid work ethic, good communication skills, and a being a team player is a must.



Possess the ability to follow instructions and work alone or with a team.



Experience operating farm and construction equipment.



Have a valid driver’s license with a clean record, no DUI’s in the last 5 years.



Be able to pass a background check.



Some mechanical skills and knowledge of equipment are needed.



Equipment experience with GPS / Variable Rate with record keeping is a plus!



FULL JOB DECRIPTION



The Padlock Ranch Company is a diversified cow-calf, farm and feedlot operation. Primary responsibilities of the farm equipment operator are the operation of equipment used from pre-planting through harvesting of hay, corn, and annual crops. The duties of the position vary with seasons and the need of the operation. The ability to adapt to change and have a good attitude is essential. During the off- season, feed truck driving, hauling of ag products, and equipment maintenance are performed. There are good schools located within the community. There are lots of outdoor activities including camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, etc.



Compensation includes:



Salary DOE

Housing with basic utilities

Ranch vehicle for ranch use

Insurance for employee + family after 90 days

Eligible for 401K after 1 year of FTE with 5% employer match
