Large bedroom area in the front of the trailer with steps up to it on both sides and slide doors on each side for privacy. 6 ’6 " dinette that can turn into a bed and a 6’ 6” couch that folds out to be a bed as well as a fold down bunk above it. 2 hat racks above the main door and day/night shades. Has all the kitchen amenities, 6.0 refrigerator and freezer, 2 burner stove with vent hood, microwave / convection oven. Has satellite, Two 34” tvs and AM/FM/CD/DVD player with interior and exterior speakers. Storage under the tv, over the dinette area, under the sink and lots of storage in the bathroom along with closet space to hang clothes. Has a 32” radius shower and a porcelain toilet with foot flush. Walk through door from bathroom to the stall area. Side load with padded dividers and 4 mangers with a place to hang a corner hay bag in the stud stall. Has werm flooring that was installed 2 years ago and hardly used. Escape door on stud stall and drop down windows on all 5 stalls on both sides. Massive hay pod and 4 storage units on the side of the trailer. Large rear tack with water storage, 5 saddle racks, bell boot/splint boot hooks, lots of bridle hooks and 4 tier swing out blanket bars on both sides.
