Miami is a 14yo dun mare that stands a stocky 14.2 hands tall. An all around super star in so many aspects! She has a great foundation to her as well as a phenomenal work ethic. She’s been a used outside to check, doctor and pen cattle. We haul her to work on numerous ranches and different facilities frequently so new surroundings come as no surprise! Desensitized to our working dogs, machinery, fast-moving vehicles, loud noises, and flashing lights. She navigates steep terrain, muddy crossings, fallen timber, thick brush, and wide open fields like the seasoned pro she is. Naturally cowy with a lot of feel and handle. Miami will walk, trot and lope in the bridle or travel out on a loose rein. You pick a speed and she’ll go as long as you like! Very easy to operate and a total sweetheart to be around. Her outstanding ground manners make the simple things easy such as grooming, saddling, hauling, bathing and blanketing. Miami is perfectly content stalled or turned out in a mixed herd and gets along terrific with everyone.
