Description:
EXPERIENCED ranch hand needed year-round, full-time, permanent for Little Land & Livestock in Emmett, Idaho. Experience with commercial beef cow/calf operation: cattle pasture rotation, monitoring herd health, calving, branding, salt/mineral supplement, fencing, maintaining water tanks. Help meet performance goals for livestock production and keep facilities and equipment maintained. Mechanical, welding skills are a plus but not a necessity.



EXPERIENCED ONLY – this position is not suitable for someone with no prior commercial cow/calf ranching background. MUST HAVE ACTUAL RANCH WORK EXPERIENCE with a herd of beef cattle (equine experience, dairy experience, FFA and/or 4-H are not what we are looking for).



Salary 2,400 +/- DOE per month. Housing & utilities provided, health insurance, retirement match.
