Description:
"FANCY" is a very pretty full-blood Haflinger mare. She had registration papers, but they did not follow her after her breeder died. But, she is definitely a full-blood mare.



FANCY is gentle and very well-mannered. She is 10 years old, has excellent conformation. She is the older type, thick, stout kind of horse that can carry an adult. She is suitable for any rider that is not a total beginner. The little girl riding her in the video (taken in January, 2025) is not very experienced and that is her first time to ever ride her. She has been trail ridden in the mountains with other horses and by herself. She has been started on working show trail obstacles. She has been used in the stockyards penning cattle, ridden a LOT on the ranch, and has even been hog hunted off of. She is very well-mannered. She ties, bathes, loads, backs out of a trailer and stands good for trimming and hot shoeing.



FANCY has had one foal, 3 years ago. He was a beautiful colt sired by a part-bred Haflinger stallion. He sold to a person on the East coast. Since then, we have not been able to find a Haflinger stallion to breed her to, so decided it was better to sell her than waste her. She sells absolutely 100% sound and breeding sound. She bred on her first cover for her previous foal, she foaled out on pasture, milked good and raised a beautiful foal. The photos of her in hand were taken when she was close to foaling the only time she was bred. The video was take in January, 2025.
