Ranch Hand Wanted – Full-Time Position

Join our team at Tres Hermanas Ranch in beautiful Northern Arizona! We’re seeking a dependable, experienced ranch hand to work closely with our ranch manager while maintaining the ability to operate independently.



What We Offer:

• Comfortable 5th wheel housing with utilities and beef included.

• Competitive salary, DOE (depending on experience).

Responsibilities Include:

• Cattle care and management, with solid experience required.

• Rotational grazing, pasture maintenance, and irrigation (pivots, wheel lines, and flood systems).

• Equipment operation (tractors, skid steer), haying experience (two-string baler) a plus.

• Welding and mechanical skills are a plus.

• Horse handling experience is appreciated, though we primarily use ATVs.

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-motivated individual with strong cattle knowledge and comprehensive ranch skills.

• Ability to adapt and collaborate with the ranch manager while taking initiative on tasks.
