We are the Reinert Family.



My name is Trevor and I am married to Kayla and we currently have 4 children with another one on the way in June, 2025. I am seeking a position that is family friendly, in ranch or farm management.

I have grown up farming and ranching in Kansas and have managed for the last 15+ years. I am acquainted with all aspects of farm and ranch management. My passion is for regenerative farming, agronomy, and rotational grazing practices. I have also worked years under a conventional setup so can thrive in different work environments.



On the technical side, here are some of my skills and experience:

I have maintained relationships and records for FSA and insurances offices. Hired and worked with contract sprayers, drone operators, elevators, seed and chemical salesman and companies. I have answered to shareholders and executives. As well managed employees, part time employees and custom contractors.

I have a CDL drivers license, with experience hauling cattle, oversized loads, grain, hay, anything that can be put on or in a trailer. With that I have adept mechanical skills fixing and maintaining equipment, welding, electrical skills and more.



On a business and personal note:

I love to execute and pay attention to details of how to accomplish the goals of an owner or organization. As a family, we are Christians and our goals and priorities are to disciple our children and train them up in the ways of the Lord. We enjoy work but also desire to make family time and community a priority.



We are motivated to be successful at our work and honor God in all our dealings. We are open to all positions and would love an opportunity to make your operation a success while also having the opportunity to have some land and property of our own. We will consider living on site with the goal to buy our own home at some point, so are looking for an outfit that desires to provide that opportunity.
