Lay your eyes across this stunning True Blue Roan Gelding. Drifter is a thick made 15H gentle 1300# gelding. He has been ridden in the arena, down the trails and out around cattle. He saddles up the same way every time and has never offered to buck or do anything silly or dangerous. We have ridden him everywhere around here and he has seen all the commotion of our ranch life with the kids, strollers, toys, equipment, dogs and occasional cats that go on a walk with grandma. Drifter has a steady walk, smooth trot and lopes around the arena both directions easily guided with one hand. You can drag the barrel or pull the log. He is good with ropes and will track and rope the roping sled around. Drifter stands tied without a fuss, doesn’t have any bad habits and is easy to get along with. Out on the trail he rides one handed. He will go up and down steep hills and through thick brush. Cross the creek and the wooden bridge, he is just point kick and go. Go out and check the cows, bring in the pairs and sort them in the pen. He isn’t afraid of work and is easy to get along with while doing it. Drifter can go to the ranch to help with the cows or enjoy him down the trail. Whatever you want to do you will always look good riding this handsome gelding that is true blue and everyone will notice.
