Description:
My name is Chris and I am currently living in North GA where I have worked since 2018 as a farrier, fencer and most recently holding a role with the heavy equipment manufacturer Komatsu in a corporate facility. I am relocating to the Northwest this spring to be close to my kids who are moving to Washington.



I’m looking for a business savvy ranch operation to link arms with. Over the years, I’ve worked on cow/calf, yearling, and farming operations and have managed horse and cattle operations as well as facilities. I’ve been involved in just about every aspect of ranching. I’m 38 years old and am looking for ranch work but not a dead end ranch hand job. If you’re only looking for a warm body to do your chores, we wouldn’t be a fit.



My desire is to grow with a ranch business. I offer loyalty, dedication and hard work and in turn would like a business and people who desire to set me up for success in the industry. I have a strong entrepreneurial mind and would like to have my own herd again. I’m passionate about the simple things like soil, conservation, grazing, horsemanship fundamentals and land management.



If your operation puts family first and is progressive minded while also maintaining ranching traditions we might be a good fit. Staying a present father to my kids is my #1 priority. Planning to move late May/early June at the earliest and July 1 at the latest.
