Description:
Pasture and care available for up to 300 spring pair (or more bred cows / heifers or yearlings) in Coffey County Kansas for 2025 grazing season.



Minimum number of 45 pair with preference given to someone who could fill it all. 1440 continuous acres that is split into 80 or 160 acre pastures to be rotated as needed. Grass is approximately 75% native Bluestem (burned annually) and 25% cool season. Pastures are well watered with either ponds (several concrete tanks), streams, or a lake. Good mineral program provided and included in price.



Pasture is available due to an older long-term producer selling his cows along with additional acres we purchased this fall.



Grass will be ready starting March 15 - April 15 through the summer grazing period. We traditionally can run 150-200 dry cows throughout the fall depending on the summer rainfall.
