Description:
CR Cross Frost Otoe – 2010 Gray Mare, 15h - Pica has had 1 foal – 2024 weanling colt; was bred back and she is due to foal June 2025. Pica and her colt became quick favorites at the repro center, and it wasn’t hard to understand once they came home. As a maiden mare she was attentive and focused but not overprotective or aggressive. Her colt is confident, curious, intuitive, just an all-around super colt to be around – we didn’t plan to keep him but here we are planning to keep him.



2024 colt is by Hesa Quixote Playgun and she was bred back the same way.



Pica was started as a rope horse and patterned on barrels before we bred her – she was sound to ride with routine maintenance at the time we bred her, however, she was probably ridden last in 2022/2023? I kept shoes on her when I rode her and have had her hocks injected in the past when I rode her consistently. Should be one that you could go back to riding but we are not selling or guaranteeing her that way – we are selling her as a broodmare. If you are looking for a thick, solid, straight legged broodmare – she’s definitely worth a look!!!
