Experienced horseman and trainer with close to 30 years experience looking for the right opportunity as a head trainer and/or Ranch manager/ Assistant Manager.

Animal experience includes;

• Starting colts with strong foundation principles through finishing horses

•Management of breeding programs

•Cattle handling with low stress techniques

•Calving - pasture and dry lot

•Grazing and feeding programs for optimal health and gains

Business Management experience;

•Financial Management- build, implement and manage within a budget while working to grow profitability.

• Organizational skills- able to manage multiple priorities and objectives

• Detail Oriented- optimize the details for overall goal performance

• Time management- balancing time priorities over multiple tasks

• Communication- to lead people and convey objectives

General Ag experience;

• Operate heavy equipment- both farm and construction

• Fencing and Construction-build and maintain

• Drive Truck- CDL with multiple endorsements

•Water systems- Irrigation and livestock development and maintenance



Married with a family but willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
