Hello,

My name is Andrew McAleer(23) and I am searching for a ranch hand and/or range riding position. I am open to work in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho.



I have a lot of experience living remotely in the backcountry and would prefer something that is full time on an allotment or in large country. With that being said, I am open to any and all opportunities.



I have a strong understanding of regenerative agriculture/ rotational grazing and would prefer an outfit that implements those practices.



My relevant job experience includes,

-fencing (barbwire, woven wire, drill pipe, hotwire)

-riding

-sorting (in pasture and corrals)

-irrigation (temporary and permanent water sytems ex. spring boxes, gated pipe)

-Basic heavy machinery operation (tractors, skid steers, etc)

-firearm use (livestock predation)

-chainsaw work (falling, trail maintenance)

-carpentry (rough and finish)

-leather work (repairs and custom work)

-Welding (Mig)



Currently in Central California and eager to relocate. Happy to send a resume or references
