Description:
Hiring a cattle boss for first quarter 2025.



This is intended as a long-term hire, not seasonable.



We want someone with SUBSTANTIAL work experience in all aspects of working cattle, riding, roping, doctoring, managing scheduled vet visits, calving, digital record keeping. Need to know how to operate and fix all types of farm equipment. Need to be able to drive semis from time to time.



Need knowledge of and interest in using cattle technology.



This is more than a classic cowboy position, this person must be able to navigate effectively in dynamic environments, both physically and mentally.



Based in SW Montana.

We are only hiring LOCALLY.
