Description:
Rare Saddle, marked Franklin Saddle, Ontario, Oregon. Made by Bub Warren. Bub is in his 52nd year making saddles, and is currently set up shop in Burns, Or. This saddle according to the estate, “has alaways been kept inside, and has never been on a horse” the condition agrees. There are no signs of wear, the leather is soft with no cracks, and the original stirrups, latigos, rear cinch, hobbles straps, etc are all present and in new condition. Even comes with the original cinch and cinch buckle protectors, from when purchased new. There is 1 hole in the cinch, see picture. 15” tree, 4 1/4” cantle, flat plate rigging, incredible quality. According to Mr Warren his current inventory has is his last saddles that will be built and they are priced from $4500-$17000. Trying to find out the year of this saddle, but the family was thinking it was from the 80s. This saddle is located in SW Missouri and priced at $1950.
