Description:
We are a 1,200 head All Natural cow/calf operation looking for a long term cattle manager. Our cattle spend 80% of their time on BLM or forest service permits. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can calve out heifers, spot a sick calf, pasture doctor, fix fence, drive cattle using low stress handling techniques, and manage cattle movement logbooks. This is a hands on position. We provide housing, a work rig, feed and shoes for 6 work horses, beef for the freezer, insurance, and competitive wages.
