Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Stockman to join our progressive, growing farm and ranch operation in remote southwest Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. If you are eager to grow your skills and become part of a team, we want to hear from you!



What We’re Looking For:



Skills & Experience (preferred but not required; we’re willing to train the right candidate):

Cow/calf and yearling management

Backgrounding yard operations

Fencing, farming, and equipment maintenance



Requirements:

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Proficiency in English

A team-player mindset



What We Offer:
