His striking appearance is complemented by his solid conformation, Having received a solid foundation in training, Louie is fancy broke, demonstrating a willingness to learn and a gentle disposition. His experience in the branding pen and out on the pasture has equipped him with the versatility necessary for a multitude of riding disciplines. While still young and full of potential, Louis is at a prime stage in his life to develop into either a top-notch barrel horse or a skilled rope horse prospect. He is smooth as glass and will go as slow or fast as you ask. From day one he has taken all our tactics and training so easy. From the blowing tarps, loud gunfire, crazy dogs, heavy machinery and everything else, he never batted an ear and just liked all the attention. A solid trail partner that enjoys cruising down the road, through the trails, or in the mountains. He is super confident alone or enjoys a group and will lead or follow. He doesn’t flinch an ear at heavy traffic, bicycles, or motorcycles. He great in rocky terrain knowing right where his feet are and easily navigates his way through any terrain and will side pass to any gate. He’s such a people pleaser and has been so much fun to have around. He’s a barn favorite because of his charming and loving disposition. He wants to be your best buddy and will make you laugh daily with his clown antics, yet always a gentleman and never oversteps his boundaries. He’s one of the happiest horses we have had. His ears are always forward and he will meet you at pasture gate and follow you around like a puppy dog Standing 14.3 hands with a lot of bone and structure we think he’s the perfect size for any rider.
