La Bar Livestock LLC has cattle pasture and custom care available for 2025. We are located in Gallatin Gateway, Montana. We have approximately 2,500 AUMS available. We can take on up to 200-250 pairs from April-November or 500 yearlings from April-November. Timing is flexible to meet your needs.



A Significant amount of acreage is irrigated under pivot and wheel line, and the remaining is river bottom dry land with a mix of Alfalfa, red clover, sainfoin, birdsfoot trefoil, Meadow Bromegrass, Orchardgrass, Perennial Ryegrass, Meadow Fescue, Duo Fest Lolium, Tall Fescue, Timothy, Forage Chicory, and Alice Grazing White Clover.



We work with the livestock owner to plan to meet your goals. Our specialty is raising yearlings steers to achieve 2lbs ADG.



We provide professional animal care, honest communications, mindful stockmanship, record keeping, and profit- focused management for the cattle owner. We move regularly, and when they are full to ensure great animal performance and to lay down thick litter on the soil surface.
