Description:
Family of four looking to buy a ranch that will run 100 to 200 head of mama cows in the right part of any western state. Conventional financing or owner carry. Also interested in a labor and/or capital sharing partnership that might be right for someone that wants to either get into the business, slow down or be an absentee partner.

We have mostly operated in Eastern Oregon, but for the last couple years have been running our 150 head on a pasture lease and labor share deal in Nevada. We are ready to purchase a place of our own. Our cattle are pretty well mannered, the kids are eager to help, we are honest, and our financials are solid. Would like to have an agreement in place by the fall of 2025.
