Description:
Sun Frosted Feature aka “Frosty” is a registered 7 year old Appendix AQHA mare. She is a gorgeous palomino with slight dapples shining through her coat and lots of chrome on her legs and face. She stands at 15.1H and is nice and stout. This pretty mare has a big lovable personality that is so easy to get along with. She is constantly looking for attention, she’s the first one to meet you at the gate and will even give you the occasional nicker. With a big motor and more go than whoa she’s eager to work and could excel in a variety of disciplines. Frosty has been started on barrels and poles with potential to improve with the right person. She walk, trot, lopes on a fairly loose rein and can be ridden with one hand or two. She listens nicely to leg and seat pressure and is always willing to please. Frosty often looks to her rider for confidence in situations she might not be familiar with and tries her best to please you. She is a very big and strong mare making her an excellent competitive partner, fun trail mount, or even a great rideable broodmare. After all, she is a granddaughter of “Sun Frost” and excellent and sought after sire. Frosty has recently been seen by my vet, farrier, dentist, and chiropractor. She hops on the trailer with ease and backs off very nicely. Frosty can be outside in a pasture alone or with other horses, she also does well in a stall.
