Description:
My husband and I are in search of a 15+ acre parcel to purchase. We are also open to a lease to own option or some sort of conservation or trust transition to ensure the land stays farmland and doesn’t get developed. Having a house on site is ideal, but not necessary.



We have almost a decade of experience with growing vegetables for markets, grazing dairy sheep and other livestock, and foraging and producing high quality food. We plan to continue those as well as plant a small orchard (silvopasture) and an on site farm/ranch-to-table dinners.



We have a lot of passion for stewarding the land, regenerating and improving it at any opportunity, and helping people (especially kids) reconnect with nature.



My husband and I both grew up on a farm and ranch, respectively. We’ve got hard and soft skills from CDL and heavy equipment operation and maintenance, to caring for elderly folks, to fence and whole-house construction, to communication and graphic design. We’ve got equity in our current farm in SD that we plan to liquidate to fund our next home.



Our vision is steadfast but we are somewhat flexible. We just want to ensure our two kids get a wonderful childhood. If you’ve got a vision for your land that could mesh with ours we’d love to discuss it.



We’d like to stay in WA, MT, SD, MN, WI or MI as these places are closest to our family.
