Equestrian facility in Bozeman, Montana in Gallatin County is under renovation and seeking to offer space to accomplished & reputable trainers with an established client base. Facility is able to house 60+ horses with individual pens/shelters/turnouts, and large group pastures offering different options for all your horses needs. Each trainer is furnished and responsible for their own secure area for equipment and pre-determined number of horses on site. More can be added, if needed, and if the space is available. Ideally, we are looking for trainers that provide training from the ground up in western/rodeo disciplines like reining, breakaway/team roping, barrel racing, team sorting/penning, cutting, calf wrestling/tying, bulldogging and other Western/rodeo disciplines with the hopes of hosting large clinics, competition series, regional competitions, and educational seminars with unique perspectives on equestrian topics. Willing to consider English disciplines, although, the footing, equipment, and style will cater to Western disciplines and jumps will not be permitted. Arenas will be resurfaced with new footing, indoor (70x180, will heat/insulate eventually) and outdoor (currently 250x120’) and hopefully expanding to eventually adding chutes/steers/. Riding arena times to be worked out depending on group of trainers needs and adjustment made for seasonal weather changes. Trainers and their staff provide their own daily feeding/care/turnout, individual pen/stall cleaning, and maintain proper professional upkeep of horses in their care. Any staff that helps trainer must be legally insured/employed through trainer or must provide facility with a copy of active ICEC certificate, per MT state law. All trainers must be properly insured. No RV hookup/living allowed on site except for short term or during events that are to be pre-approved by on-site manager. On-site manager/vet tech provides daily monitoring of horses, trainers/staff and clients for comfort and safety. Anything out of the ordinary is immediately communicated to trainer and client so nothing is missed and communication is kept open and informative. We provide quality hay, water, safe shelters/fencing/footing/paddock spaces, facility & arena maintenance, larger pen clean up with equipment when needed, round bale placement to those who choose rounds, snow clearing, garbage service, night checks, and on-call for emergency care/transport. Other services available upon special request to include rehab, illness recovery/wound care, special needs horse care, etc. Trainers are welcome to relocate to warmer weather in winter by either holding their spot with a discounted rate or subletting their space to an approved party during those months. Details to be worked out on per case basis. Horse trailer parking available at a monthly rate.
