“Steele” (AQHA Moneys Silver Rio L) is a gentle and kind soul, loves attention, is easy to ride and is stop-you-in-your-tracks GORGEOUS!

He stands 15.3hh, and is 6 years old. Beautiful conformation, with a pretty head and a kind eye.

He’s one of those “in your pocket” geldings, he will lower his big head right into your lap and enjoy every little scratch and pet.

He is very well mannered and it shows, whether that’s in his stall, turned out, standing for the farrier and tacking up, or on his back!

Steele is big and strong and can carry any size rider with ease. Gentle as a kitten and safe for any level rider. User friendly horses like this make riding, a dream! His quiet and gentle nature will put you at ease in the saddle. You can ride him on a big loose draped rein, or gather them up and ride him direct, with more contact. He is very comfortable to ride. A beautiful floating trot, slow jog, and his lovely slow smooth lope is amazing! He will collect or extend out if you ask. Knows his leads, has nice slow spin, responsive stop and reverse! He is such a beautiful mover, and would EXCELL in the show ring. Whether you choose English or western dressage, ranch pleasure, trail classes or anything else, Steele is so versatile, he’s going to wow the judges!!

He is what we consider more whoa than go, however he has forward movement if you call on him for it. Be sure to watch his video to see how well rounded he is!!

Steele lives to please his rider, and it shows big time. He is so responsive and in tune with you. He is one of a kind, if you’ve shopped around at all- you know how rare that is in a horse.

This is the kind of horse who takes care of his rider, my kids and I are proof of that. My boys have thoroughly enjoyed riding him and the peace of mind I’ve had- knowing that he is trustworthy and reliable, is priceless. We’ve given a few lessons on him, and he is SO patient with kids and beginners.

He’s perfect out on the roads with traffic, doesn’t mind any of our crazy farm animals or wild kids. Lol! He’s used to a little ranch work, pushing cows around, some slow roping, etc.

This is the kind of gelding that people search high and low for. They don’t come around often!!

Steele has had his recent Pre Purchase Exam by Equine Vet John Laster DVM, passed with flying colors!
