My Name is Trae Jett.

I am from southern New Mexico and currently staying in Salt Lake City. As of the past year I’ve worked on different ranches in New Mexico, Montana, and Oregon. I am single, and able to travel and work just about anywhere. I grew up around cattle ranches so I have a strong grasp on the general workings of a ranch and feedlot. I have done all manner of work on outfits, irrigation, welding, construction projects, fencing, vehicle maintenance, haying, etc. Very experienced in living and working in the wilderness, in varied terrain and weather. Capable on horseback, able to work cattle calmly and effectively. My roping and doctoring experience is limited, but I am very coachable and driven. Whatever I lack in experience will be made up for in grit and work ethic. I am ready to learn anything that anyone will show me, any time spent showing me the ropes will be worth the while.



Searching for a place for the winter to gain calving experience or whatever work needs doing. I’m willing to work seasonally or year round depending.

No nonsense. I treat every outfit I work on as if it were my own, just looking to make a good hand.
