Boone is a 15.3 hand gentle ranch horse. He is a quiet horse with a good disposition. He has been used in all areas of ranch work. He is good to rope off of in the pasture and will drag in the branding pen. Boone is handy broke, easy one hand neck rein, great stop, knows his leads etc.. He will spin a hole in the ground. He has a nice smooth trot and lope. He can go all day when asked and can really cover some country. He likes his job. Boone rides out alone and will go anywhere he is asked. He loves water, crosses downfall and doesn’t spook easily. Boone is a great trail horse. He is excellent in rough country. He has carried inexperienced riders in remote backcountry. He is good at camp and hauls well. Boone is sound and has good feet. He is easy to catch, saddle and load. He stands quietly when tied and stands for mounting and dismounting. He is used to a mounting block. Boone is a nice gelding. $9500
