Description:
Seeking a Ranch Manager for cow/calf ranch in southeast Wyoming. 175 pair on roughly 10,000 acres. Responsibilities include all aspects of running the ranch: Care of stock. range/pasture management and improvement, irrigation and haying (a little), maintenance (equipment, buildings, fencing, roads, etc), projects (new fencing, stock tanks, buildings), and managing and tracking expenses.



Must have - cow calf experience, haying experience, and basic mechanic skills.



Must be - honest, a self-starter with a strong work ethic, organized, and neat.



Preferred – no school age children or home school (due to remote location), experience working for absentee owners (at ranch less than halftime), and experience working and wintering in remote area.



Compensation - Salary depends on experience, annual bonus depending upon your performance, good/new housing provided, all utilities (including internet), and potential to run some of your own stock. No insurance is provided.
