Description:
CQH Red Thug aka ‘Kota’ is a 9 year old, 14.3 hand tall, red roan, AQHA, gelding. Kota is athletic and quick-footed. He’s finished and seasoned on the heel side. Kota is making a nice breakaway horse as well. He’s been hauled extensively on the heel side and we’re starting to take him to a few breakaway jackpots. Kota is very gentle and safe, I’ve had lesson kids saddle and warm him up. He has a big motor and likes to go so for the roping side of things he will suit a higher number roper / competitive rider best. Kota can sit for long periods of time and will be the same when you get back on. Kota has also been used on the ranch to gather, sort, and brand. He has great ground manners and is an easy keeper. Good to shoe, load, haul, bathe, etc. Up to date on shoes, worming, and just got his teeth done last month.
