Description:
Horse & cattle ranch in Southern California looking to add a passionate, capable, self starter to the team. We are a unique farm home to world champion miniature horses, A circuit hunters, and working cow horses - we have a show program, breeding program, and a training program. Our training program works with all disciplines focusing on colt starting and problem solving through natural horsemanship techniques. We would love to add someone who is passionate about horses and brings their own unique skills, talents, and experience to the table. Would prefer someone with experience with management or running a farm or ranch. Must be open to learning the way we want things done, experience with natural horsemanship is a plus. Must be legal to work in the US (18 y/o or older) and be able to pass a drug test. Paid by the hour bi-weekly. Monday through Saturday 6-3:30. Full time only.
