Nice 1984 trailer available.

Has new A/C unit on top, new water heater, electric jack, windows all good, water hookup on outside of trailer, roll out awning on the side, lots of storage area, both sides fold down in the stock area. Good floor the stock area has expanded metal with good boards over the top of it and rubber over those, very well reinforced!



Had started getting stuff to redo it but we don’t have the time so our loss is your gain..

No leaks, has 4 saddle racks, shower and a good start to finish it back out..

It has insulation in the living area, needs a few new pieces of paneling still and some new tile pieces in the shower, tires hold air but will need replaced soon.
