Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

In addition to duties imposed by the owners from time to time, the Manager will assign duties and responsibilities to the Housekeeper which shall include but are not necessarily limited to...

· All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residences, facilities, and other ranch buildings.

· Assist Guest Services Managers with setup and coordination and execution of events.

· General upkeep of the property, guest services vehicles and equipment used to facilitate the guest experiences.

· Assist the ranch Chef with meal preparation, serving, presentation and recovery for guests and occasional events ranging in size from 6 to 30+. This is a fast-paced role requiring diverse experience and efficiency based at the pace of the Chef.

· All other duties as assigned.

Summary:

This is a full-time position with housing and utilities supplied if negotiated. This is a land-based position. Please note that applicants must be eligible to live and work in the United States, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.

Lazy T Ranch is a family owned and operated horse and cattle ranch located within the basin of the Bighorn Mountains near Ten Sleep, Wyoming.

We are seeking an experienced professional who understands the value of teamwork, effective communication, is self-directed, hardworking, timely, experienced, efficient, organized, able to see and anticipate the next levels of progress, has a heart to serve, is reliable, flexible, adaptable, trustworthy, and capable with a desire to be part of an amazing team of hard and smart working individuals coming together to bring the ranches vision to life. An individual who can take direction and has the experience to manage a fast-paced and diverse approach to getting things done.

This won’t always be an easy job, but it will be rewarding. The ranch is located in a beautiful part of Wyoming with an average of only 50 inches of snowfall a year without the intense wind common to most parts of the State. We produce some of the highest quality horses and beef available on the market and we do it all in a great little community with wonderful schools, a low crime rate and amazing people. We’re building an amazing team of individuals who love the ranch, ranch life and who Ride for the Brand.
