Description:
Full-time Ranch Hand position available after September 15, 2024 for cow/calf/hay ranch in central Montana. This is not a management position nor full time cowboy position.



Ranch duties include but are not limited to work with & feeding cattle, calving, herd health, irrigation, haying, fencing, operating machinery and machinery maintenance, heavy lifting may be required on some tasks. Cattle are worked on horseback and with ATV’s. Employees are required to work independently and with others.



Applicant must be self-motivated, dependable, trustworthy, and a team player. A high school diploma is required along with a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. A resume is required including work experience and three personal references.



The wage package includes a monthly salary, housing (2-3 bedroom), paid utilities (water, electricity, and garbage), beef when the ranch butchers, and a pick up for ranch work. This is a smoke-free business. Wage depends on experience



Families are welcome, but the position is for one full-time person. There are opportunities for work for a spouse in nearby towns.
