Gentle to step on and task ready the minute you get on.

She will go through the steepest creek or river banks with no hesitations, point and she will go. Does not spook easily, confident in all kinds of situations. We live right by David Crockett National Park and she has been rode and numerous long trail rides. I have had “Cat” since she was 5 yrs old, i have hauled her to Ranch Rodeo, as well as some cattle drives, and took her on some weekend camp out vacations to Ebenezer Equestrian park. At home she has been my main horse to move and gather cattle. She is sure footed and walks out like a true ranch horse should. She has been used occasionally to pasture rope and doctor cattle. She has had time off through out the years, does not give any fuss when you start riding her again. Has an old scar on her left hind foot, but never been lame on it. She can be turnout on pasture, and or stay in the barn. Always good to catch, and gets along with other horses. In the cooler months and during winter she is a dappled darker buckskin. Stands 14.3+ HH
